MEET LANDO WILKINSArlando “Landizee” Wilkins was born in San Diego, CA on February 13, 1983. Leaving gangs and violence behind him, he learned dance could be used to express his silliness and ability to grab attention from others. The love a heavy beats leads him to three of the many elements of dance, locking, breaking, and popping. Landizee learned to use dance as means to release stress and character. After graduating in 2001, he took his first choreographed class from Anna Sarao and Angie Bunch at Mesa College. From there he tasted a new view of dance and started to audition and join teams such as Alpha Omega, AXS, and 220. After two years alongside 220, he left to be taken under the minds of Kevin Brewer and Joe Larot, introducing the learning’s of beat manipulating while accenting beats. This released a side of him that lead to an understanding of what the meaning of freestyle can bring, taking 1st place at the Jabbawockeez “Crackin’ Beats” all-styles battle. With the help God and patience, Landizee has now begun a new journey blending choreography and freestyle as one mind set. Landizee is currently a co-director for the Super Galactic Beat Manipulators
